Sales Director - FinTech, London
Our client is searching for a sales leader with expertise running sales functions withing FinTech.
You will be part of the Leadership team and will work closely working with the business owners.
As part of the Senior leadership team, the sales director will oversee and maintain the end-to-end sales processes, systems and all areas including new business, partnership and sales management.
You will be responsible for the strategy, team development / retention and the sales plans.
You will manage a team of inbound/outbound and business development sales executives.
- Developing sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and KPI’s
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Creating scalable business processes
- Contributing to the company's overall strategy
- Providing feedback the needs and desires of the clients to the product development team
- Preparing key sales data for business leadership (reporting)
- Working with, developing and managing a successful sales team
- Maximising new business development opportunities
- Highly motivated sales professional and manager
- Successful track record of hitting revenue targets
- Proven track record of building a Sales team, hands on leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: £75,000.00 to £100,000.00 /year
