Develop and execute marketing campaigns to maximise company revenue via the promotion of the brand, products, and ideas. Follow qualified leads through the sales cycle, becoming their point of contact. Within this role, there is the opportunity to make it your own and become senior within the firm.


• Gather, analyse, and discuss market trends and data with colleagues and clients

• Conduct research and analysis to identify and define audiences, delivering value propositions to address their needs

• Devise strategies and plans to align sales and marketing activities with business objectives

• Lead Neotas marketing campaigns, promoting via all relevant networks including social media

• Write and proofread creative copy

• Liaise with remote designers, agencies, and stakeholders

• Attend and apply to networking events and seminars to generate leads and promote services to new and existing clients

• Manage new and existing client relationships

• Build relationships with clients and 3rd party distributors to secure new business, and generate sales and leads

• Educate clients about the benefits of our products and services

• Compile and distribute financial and statistical information

• Maintain websites and report on data analytics

• Update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Monitor, manage, and report on campaign performance

• Develop a ‘buzz’ around Neotas!

• 3 – 5 years in sales and marketing positions in a B2B context

• Use of CRM system, social media platforms to generate demand, sales and leads

• Liaising remotely with designers

• Understanding of SEO, PPC, Social selling, and email marketing in a content marketing capacity

• Experience in sales of technology and SaaS is desired
