The commercial
banking, payments and lending landscape is rapidly evolving with new non-bank
and FinTech entrants coming to market with innovative offerings based on new
business models. As part of our Global
Commercial Payments (GCP) Europe strategy, we are focused on growing in the
areas of B2B, Lending and Strategic Partnerships to help us maximise our ability
to take advantage of new opportunities in the marketplace and help us to
diversify our business.

We have
built the Strategic Growth & Acceleration team to accelerate
transformation in the areas of B2B, Commercial Lending and Strategic
Partnerships so that we can truly offer a range of business solutions for
customers of any size, around the world. In the past year, we have made
significant progress in accelerating our sustainable B2B payments business and
have launched innovative initiatives such as transforming our risk processes, evolving
our pricing strategy and expanding our product footprint across the region.

As the
leader of the Strategic Growth & Acceleration team, you will continue drive
momentum in Europe and coordinate internationally to accelerate growth for Small
Medium Enterprise (SME) B2B opportunities.
Moreover, you will also be responsible for leading our Commercial
Lending and Strategic Partnerships growth initiatives by defining the future
growth strategy across Europe, developing the go-to-market strategies and building
robust plans with individual markets on these new initiatives.

This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President/General Manager
of GCP Europe. You will be required to work
closely with all relevant key stakeholders such as Risk, Finance, Pricing,
Global Merchant Services, Global Servicing Network, Data Strategy &
Insights, Marketing and Product Management as well as with the senior European
leadership team to ultimately drive B2B charge volume together with the local
Sales and Account Development teams and capitalize on revenue growing lending

In order to achieve this you will be supported by a highly skilled team
of B2B and Project Management experts (currently 4 employees) that will report
to you.

Key Tasks:
Coordinate all
cross-functional activities and own the overall success for B2B, Lending and
Strategic Partnerships End to End
Align market approach
amongst geographies
Develop the Lending
strategy and execution plan across Europe and frame the segmentation and positioning
Define go to market
strategies and drive best practices loopback
Support B2B sales
collateral and training delivery
Setup and deliver
consistent central performance tracking across all workstreams
Support annual
investment and organisational planning
Align investment
prioritisation and execution

Required skills:
Strong academic background with outstanding strategic and
analytical skills
Relevant work experience in B2B, Lending and/or FinTech Payments
Experience in leading teams and driving results by
influencing key stakeholders
Proven business development, product management and/or strategy
track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a
multi market environment
Strong customer focus and sales spirit
Outstanding project management skills, ideally already
experience in developing go to market strategies
Very good understanding of business dynamics and the B2B,
Lending and/or Payments Landscape
Resilience to execute without control
