NetSuite’s EMEA Demand Generation Team plays a key role in driving this growth, and consequently is looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative Marketing Manager for the Software sector to report into the Senior Industry Marketing Manager in EMEA.

The Sofware Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and improving the number of quality leads and growth across the Software vertical in EMEA through a programme of activity using all elements of the marketing mix, as appropriate.

The role will be responsible for briefing and liaising with the BDR (Business Development Representatives) team on key campaign activities and for working closely with the software direct sales teams. You should be an experienced, independent thinking field marketing professional with a solid understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, B2B sales cycles, all aspects of B2B marketing and marketing technologies. This role demands a self-motivated, energetic and analytical marketer with a love of technology and business.

§ Create, manage and execute a structured demand generation plan that meets the agreed requirements across the software vertical and a growing number of geographic regions in EMEA.
§ Research and suggest new marketing initiatives to support our growing revenue targets across the software vertical.
§ Manage a portfolio of marketing activities including events and digital marketing programs to budget and target, as agreed with the Senior Industry Marketing Manager in EMEA, including negotiating terms with vendors, processing contracts and purchase orders, setting program parameters and targets, ensuring accurate lead capture and import, and monitoring follow up cycles with sales.
§ Create or adapt content as required for campaigns or to support the demand generation and sales activities in the relevant verticals.
§ Analyse and report on results and suggest enhancements to improve current and future activities
§ Work with the Corporate Marketing Executive and relevant sales teams to keep them updated and gather feedback and input for future campaigns
§ Keep up to date on relevant industry topics to ensure our messaging and activities are relevant and topical.

§ Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or related field
§ 3 – 6 years’ experience in marketing within a B2B environment, preferably within software or FinTech.
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance
§ Strong project management skills.
§ Working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures
§ A born leader who takes responsibility for success with a strong desire to learn industry best practices and trends and master new marketing tools and technologies
The role reports into the Senior Industry Marketing Manager for EMEA.

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
