Our Sales Engineering Department plays a vital role in achieving this goal by delivering world-class technical implementations of our products into the most relevant e-commerce systems. We are now looking to expand this department and are looking for a talented, technically strong Sales Engineering to be placed in our London office.

Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Partner Sales team to provide technical product knowledge and support to our key partners in pre-sales, implementation and testing.
You will also own the end to end delivery of all technical integration aspects during the partner implementation phase
Providing technical input into customer proposals
Scoping solutions including writing of detailed specifications
Managing integration projects towards our partners
Quality assuring delivery to secure an outstanding experience to our customers
Delivering high quality implementations of our products to the most important e-commerce systems and PSPs
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sales engineering, technical consulting (implementation), software or technical operations
Exceptional (software) project management skills
Outstanding problem solving skills, eagerness to learn and curiosity
Excellent communication skills when interacting with technical and business stakeholders both internally and externally
Ability to work at a high pace while remaining detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
A degree in a technical and/or business oriented field (e.g. Business Information System, Web Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
Familiar with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as PHP, Javascript, Python or Ruby on Rails
Strong interest in web technology, fintechs and e-commerce
Experience with current web shop-systems, content-management-systems and/or fintech
