Salary: £23,000 plus £12,000 in commission (£35K total)

As a Sales Development Executive, you will…

…be joining their existing Borrower team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a relatively new, high growth team, with significant responsibility from the outset. Our client has an increasingly large number of Existing Borrowers, and it is vital that they continue to improve the way in which they help these businesses reach their goals.

The Role:

• assisting in driving origination and meeting the channel’s growth goals;

• building relationships with existing borrowers via outbound telephone and email;

• generating leads from our existing customer base and progress these onto the account management team

• influencing the strategy, development and growth of the Existing Borrower outbound team

There is great scope to progress within the company, with the opportunity for suitable candidates to move into positions across the wider UK Sales team.

You’ve been there and done this…

• 1+ year telesales experience

• A desire to work in Sales or Account Management

• Enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of finance

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Dynamic and KPI-driven

• The ability to work well under pressure

• Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team

• Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
